Network/systems engineer: MCSE or comparable experience, plus 5 years' relevant business experience on Windows client/server systems in small/medium business environments (5-500 seats). Experience in setting up all related aspects of client/server infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, network switches, desktops/laptops, RAID storage and backup systems. Good troubleshooting and people skills a must, as well as the ability to work independently on unfamiliar/undocumented systems.

Business development representative: Minimum 5 years' experience in outside business-to-business sales. Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills, plus a strong, proven track record in selling technical products and services to businesses. Experience in sales of large-ticket items and service contracts is desirable, and experience in the medical field is a plus. Although network and system engineering is not a requirement, you need the ability to run some diagnostic tools and to be able to analyze and inventory computer systems.
